Stretch and Strength 6 Week Course Begins!

Build strength, improve flexibility, and feel your best this summer! Our Stretch & Strength Class is designed to support dancers in developing the physical foundation needed for all styles of dance.

Each class focuses on safe, effective stretching techniques alongside age-appropriate strength exercises to improve balance, control, and overall performance. Dancers will work on core strength, leg and foot articulation, and flexibility in a fun, encouraging environment.
